The Tikar Fraud Case

An interesting story about a private person who spends 3 million dollars for a Tikar collection and is sued by his lawyer and a so-called “expert”for not having paid in full the 350,000$ due to implement a “marketing plan” . Let me show you the court conclusions but also what makes me say it is a fraud case.
